Ground turkey burger with spinach and goat cheese

This ground turkey burger recipe comes in handy when you are faced with leftover turkey meat from Thanksgiving. Goat cheese and spinach puts this burger in a class of its own. Certainly not a hastily put-together leftover meal.

Ingredients
0.5 kg ground turkey breast
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tablespoons goat cheese, crumble


  1. Preheat the oven pan

  2. In a medium bowl, mix the ground turkey, spinach, and goat cheese

  3. Form the mixture into 4 patties

  4. Arrange the patties on the pan, and place in a preheated oven 15 minutes, or until done

  5. Serve in your favorite burger buns and condiments
