People's creativity have opened up a world of possibilities, even in the land of burgers. And even though a simple formula can be easily overcomplicated, some intrepid chefs have managed to turn some great eureka moments into brand new spins on the classic hamburger recipe.

It's not for the weak at heart. There are some pretty weird recipes hanging out there. Don't say I didn't warn you about the MRE burger. It'll make an Army Ranger gag. Hehe.

Also, check out the Opa! Burger. It's an award-winner made with lamb, sopressata and kissed with the flavor of Shiraz. But, you'll want to keep your pinkies firmly grasped on this one. There's nothing pretentious about it...
