Spicy Turkey burger topped with fried egg

Ground white meat turkey (enough to make 4 or 5 burgers)
1 habanero pepper (use jalapeno pepper instead if you like less heat)
4 or 5 cloves of garlic (more if you really like garlic)
one egg
one onion
one red bell pepper
poultry seasoning

-Finely chop peppers and garlic in food processor
-Slice onion
-mix egg into turkey along with chopped peppers and garlic
-form patty with turkey and press sliced onion into patty
-Sprinkle a pinch of poultry seasoning over each burger and some in the pan as the olive oil is heating up

I use a combination of Pam and olive oil to coat pan. Now you ready to fry 'em up. Add cheese if you like.
Wear a pair of latex cooking glove coated with oil and it will prevent the turkey from sticking to your hands

Additional option:

Fry up an egg (don't break the yolk) and lay it over the top of the burger when it's finished frying. Add bacon... Muy rico!!!!!
