Barbeque Avocado Burger

I have been trying to lose my weight this week and I found this vegetarian burger recipe is easy to cook and healthy. Taste a bit smoky but it still delicious.
You will need: 1/4 avocado sliced, hamburger bun, veggie hamburger, 1/4 cup sprouts (broccoli or radish), 2 tbsp BBQ sauce.
Instructions:
Heat burger in microwave, place it on the bun and top it with avocado, sprouts and BBQ sauce. You can serve this with orange juice.
